We are looking for 1-2 amazing human beings who also happen to be great at massage. We are
clinical oriented so you have to like to customize sessions for what your client is trying to accomplish
with therapy. Minimum of 1 year of experience post graduation.
We have always been committed to a great working environment. We schedule 15- 30 minute
buffers between clients so you have time to clean/disinfect your rooms and still reset yourself before
the next client. Of course we provide everything you need to do your job well.
All of this is because the wonder is a therapist and understanding what you have to do everyday.
She has set this clinic up as a place where she would love to work. Electric tables, breaks, being
allowed to massage YOUR WAY, and of course great PAY.
You will make $65-$80 per hour massage on average with tips. Yes, you read that right.. Sounds too
good to be true? Come in and interview and talk to some of the staff and they will all tell you this is
the best place they have ever worked, and most have been doing this for more than 10 years.
The appropriate candidates must have the following:
- Board license in therapeutic massage in VA
- At least 1 year of experience in a spa setting
- Flexible schedule
- Reliability to attend all scheduled shifts
- Ability to work well with coworkers
- Ability to perform the following:
- Performs professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensing (as applicable).
- Designs specific sessions based on members or guests’ individual needs.
- Assists in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
- Creates excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
- Performs hot stone, deep muscle, prenatal therapy, thai, or medical based on appropriate training and minimum clinic education hours.
- Utilizes other approved modalities, in accordance with applicable law.
- Communicates various promotions to clients.
- Follow all practice policies and protocols.
- Assists in the cleanliness of the location (therapy rooms and common areas).
- Completes Wellness Chart documentation accurately and completely.

Additional Pay Opportunities:
Enhancements: $2 per enhancement
Prenatals/ Thai Massage: Extra $3 per service
Same day cancelation/ no show: 25% of the fee
Massage Therapist Referral bonus $250 after 90 days
Monthly Request Bonuses:
Part-Time:
1-10 requests: $1 per request
11-25 requests: $2 per request
25+ requests: $3 per request
Full Time:
1-10 requests: $2 per request
11-25 requests: $4 per request
25+ requests: $6 per request
Additional Benefits:
Full time: 30+ service hours per week
2 weeks paid vacation based on average hrs worked weekly after 6 months of
employment
$200 CEU yearly reimbursement after 6 months of employment
